At Ooni Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your oven; if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
